Original artworks are shipped flat using waterproof and unbendable board.
All artworks are sold unmounted and unframed and include an artist signed Certificate of Authenticity and Art Care guidance.
If you would like to have your artwork mounted and framed please get in touch to discuss your frame preferences and a no-obligation quotation.
RETURNS
Should you be unhappy on receipt please get in touch at the earliest time via email to let me know you will be
returning your artwork and the tracking information so I can be at home to receive it.
I want you to have an easy return experience so please don't hesitate to get in touch for any advice with re-packaging.
Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receipt using the same courier service and original packaging
with costs covered at the buyers expense**.
REFUNDS
For a full refund artwork must be returned in the original condition and packaging.
On receipt of the returned artwork you will receive an email confirming a refund less any damages should the above not be acknowledged.
**As a small independent business I am not able to refund return shipping costs at present
but I offer as many images and help as possible during the purchasing process.
DAMAGES IN TRANSIT
In the event of the artwork being damaged in transit, please get in touch as soon as possible with photographs
showing the damage clearly. You will be refunded as above, and the shipping costs in this instance will be included
in your refund.

to guarantee the image quality will not fade over time.
